Yes, definitely you are eligible for B.Ed course. However, 49.7 comes to 50%. So the Institute and University under which you are planning to do B.Ed may allow admission, but you will have to check this particularly.
PG in Sociology is a good subject and for B.Ed you can choose any subject - Hindi or Sociology.
