I feel attaining an MBA degree, and counting on developing your professional and personal skills required to be successful in the industry, is more than enough than adding on degrees or certificates.
Moreover, my recommendation would be to first get settled in the job and based on the need of the job, you can opt for certification program to help you grow in your work place. As far as Digital Marketing is concerned, please note it is a part of Marketing itself, basically reaching the masses through the Digital foray.Please note that though it is a part of the Marketing zone, but it is mainly digital, or as we say "Online".So here you would need to upgrade skills on software programming, languages, Animation, graphics, coral draw etc.But your essential trait of convincing remains the same, only that it gets more digitalised.
