@anandwadadekar @prathameshcanvascareer @meghnamukherjee @drkvanand Can you please suggest the answer of this question..
Hey Deepali,
Interesting question and I am happy you have asked this question, which shows you have done your research.
But before I answer your question, let me ask you a question. What do you mean when you say, you are bad with Math???Are you talking about the score you would get???Do you understand the basic steps in Math???
Now coming to your question,Yes. Math is an important subject when it comes to Computers. But speaking of Math, it is nothing more than understanding the correlation between the systems and its functions. Basic algorithmic calculations.More than Math, one needs the Logic to understand how systems coorelates and do some basic calculations here and there.I am sure basic math you do understand and as far as Logic is concerned, from your question asked above, can see Logic is pretty much present.
Although this does not mean I would say you pursue computer science. I have just stated what Math is all about in Computer Science field. Before you opt for it as a career, I would advise you to go ahead and do a Research, a complete search on what this subject entails, especially in the area of math. I would also prefer, you meet a professional in this field and get your doubt clarified.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
Anytime you wish to choose a technical course, maths is a common subject which is required in every stage of the course and also while you start working in the companies.
Computer Science is a fantastic, challenging, and full of opportunity domain. Computer Science definitely requires good command over mathematics. If you are bad in maths, that is you are also bored of Maths, then I would suggest you to avoid Computer Science courses. Further IT courses like BCS, MCA, MCA, BE IT, BSc IT also require good command over Maths.
Scope for Computer Science is definitely good and people get good job opportunities with good job profile and salary. As a fresher definitely your focus should be on job profile and company, salary shall follow and keep increasing gradually.
Best wishes
