You seem to ask different questions instead of your real question. Are you trying to gather all information without knowing what you are suitable for. This way, you wont be able to decide anything and would remain confused till the end. Always remember that all career options are good, however it is important to know which among them is suitable and perfect for you as an individual.
You can do good things for your career after 12th, but in another question you have asked about computer hardware courses and now you are asking about commerce careers.
I would suggest that instead of me giving the list of all the courses (which are more than 100), you need to tell me seriously what you are interested in and what you are currently doing?
