Indudtries would be small or medium or large they all need an Charetered Accountant.A chartered accountant career is considered as the respectable and prestigious career. Many students they aspire to make their career in the field of Chartered Accountant. A chartered accountant earns a good salary packages . Chartered Accountants are very much required in India on a large scale. The census says that every year in India their is a requirement of 50,000 professional CA's in the Industry. The demand is high but the supply is low.
So one who completes the CA course have a tremendous career opportunities in the Industry. A Certified professional CA have an option either to take a job or can start the practice independently. If one wishes to take up a job in the corporate sector than the industries pay the packages to the right candidate depending on their skills and experience. The Salary Structure for the CA could be as follows-
A fresher candidate is offered an salary package of around 2 lakh per annum. Whereas if the candidate holds an experience of around 2-3 years the salary package is offered around 3- 4 lakhs per annum. A Candidate having an experience of 5-6 years get an package of 6-7 lakhs per annum. The salary package may increase if the candidate holds an additional qualifications like MBA in Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst etc. Such qualifications helps to get the higher packages in the Industry.
