What topics are covered on basis of our education till 12th in civil engineering & electronic engineering..???

I want to know abt the topics covered in these branches.. and also if u can tell abt topics which we read under chemical engineering..??

There are a variety of topics that you would have learnt in your 11th and 12th standards which are a part of Civil Engineering and Electronics Engineering. I will describe about both these branches and the topics that you have learnt one by one:


1. Eleventh standard physics is mostly related to the Mechanics, Motion and the laws related to them. This would be helpful to you in Civil Engineering. You will understand the physics behind the various processes in the engineering and for that, the topics covered related to force, pressure, thermodynamics, properties of materials will be extremely helpful for you. Talking about Mathematics and Chemistry, in both the classes 11th and 12th you will learn a lot about these two subjects and that will be helpful to you in the Civil Engineering. Please note that you need to work a lot on the calculus in case of civil engineering. Talking about chemistry, it would be of great help if you can understand about various materials and their physical properties. Thus civil engineering covers a number of topics in 11th and 12th standard.

2. Again starting with physics, you won't have much to learn about electronics engineering in the 11th standard physics but if you see 12th standard physics, that is mostly about electrical and electronics engineering. It starts with basic understanding of electricity and goes on to describe the various applications of electricity and magnetism. That has huge applications in the electronics engineering. You also learn little about the telecommunications in the 12th standard physics. In case of chemistry, though there is not much to learn about core electronics engineering but few things here and there are helpful. For example, the fabrication processes and the manufacturing of electronic devices involve a number of chemical processes that you need to understand. Talking about maths, there are again a number of things to learn. Calculus will be of great help as you will be solving lengthy differentials and integrals in electronics engineering. You also need to be really good with your calculations. Focus on various concepts of maths, they will be useful in the long terms.
