The Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT) is a compulsory examination for all candidates who wish to become teachers in government schools in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) and is designed to assess the candidate’s aptitude for teaching, as well as their general intelligence.

The TAIT exam is held twice a year, in February and August. The 2023 TAIT exam was held from 22 February to 3 March 2023. The results of the 2023 TAIT exam were released on 3 August 2023.
