Please note that to be a lecturer, first you need to be an Assistant lecturer, for which basic requirement is a masters degree followed by clearing the NET / SET exam. For a permanent position a P.Hd in your subject would be a necessity
Thus I would suggest that pursue a degree followed by a masters degree in the subject you wish to teach in.

I agree a job and preparing for GMAT is quite a task.
But tell me, will you be able to dedicate 24 hours, only to study and prepare for GMAT. A break is needed.You just cant keep studying all the time.
So best would be to prepare a schedule and work accordingly. Take reasonable breaks. BUt I would suggest, do not leave the job, as being outside and with different people and activities relaxes the mind. You need to learn to focus for the rest of the time you get.

Minimum Qualifications Required is NET/SLET. NET- National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted by UGC (University Grant Commission). The candidate should have a Master's Degree with at least 55% Marks from a recognized University to qualify for this examination. After qualifying for this examination, the candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor.
