Hello.Simoni,  Just a little humor, but the fact is " Counselors with grey hair" are considered as relevant and experience. So as such your age would be a boon to be in the field of counseling. Never the less, initially you would need experience, which is possible only if you start working in a counseling organization. And there you would face the younger lot.
