Hello Vinay, Good question. Please note this is the situation with companies all over. Whether it is the Pharma or technical company or oil and gas industry or any industry for that matter.   The only solution to this is, being well qualified, that is qualifications meant for that industry and job, and at the sametime, show your quality of work. Only then will you stand a chance to be retained  in the organization.   But then you could try your luck with government organizations any industry. Preferably Oil and gas, pharma or technical field.   Wish you good luck...

Hi Harsh.. BSc IT and     BCA are good for a person who is interested to build a career in Computer field. If you are interested in theories and higher studies in Computer science, you may can join for BSc IT and BCA gives you more practical knowledge. both are good and you can decide based on your interest. Some of the good institutes for these courses are Manav Rachna university , Lovely Professional University, Amity university etc. You can explore the field of computer while pursuing your course by participating in workshops and seminars etc conducted by the university.
