Inter-personal skills are one of the key competency that is required for achieving succes in the role of a marketing manager(MM).
As a MM is always interacting with subordinates, peers and superiors as well as clients; it is imperative that he/she have excellent Inter-personal skills.
A MM is expected to form strong bonds with the customers; for which inter-personal skills is the foundation.
Any which way you look at it; it is mandatory that the MM has excellent inter-personal skills.
But, the good part is that this Inter-personal skills can be learnt and cultivated over a period of time.
