Hi,Academic Record is of almost importance in any of the fields if you are looking for job. It is the first thing that one will see and judge you from.Most of the organizations ask you to mail your resume after which they shortlist the candidate and only those are called for the interview who are selected or shortlisted.Many a time you do not even know the criteria of selection of that organization.Hence it is important to have a good and a sound academic record.
Same is the case in Psychology as well. You would require to have a good and a sound academic background in it as well. Even if you do not score high marks but at least strive to sore a First Division in the same. It will help you a lot.
