Please note if you are interested in Hotel management, dont think again, just go for it.
But only be aware that it is a shift timing job, and mostly in the beginning you would be mostly into the night shift, whereby transport and other facilities may or may not be provided.
So you would have to take a chance.
Since you have mentioned, you have 5 years only to study, hotel management seems a good option, because, the course is more practical in nature and helps you getting a job immediately.
Another option, if you wish to be in the Science field is Food science and nutrition. It is a 3 years course and once you graduate, you could find opportunities in fitness or wellness centres or clinics or hospitals and with few years of work experience and a masters degree you could begin on your own.
