Hi Nandini,
Military college of engineering, you mentioned here, while checking the website, I got to know it does not have a Diploma program at all.
It only provides a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree, no diploma.

In general, please note that to seek admission into a Diploma program in engineering, a student can apply after 10th, with a minimum 60%
