As a biologist you may work as lecturer, scientist or Assistant Professor in a college, university or institute. Here you have to ineteract with students, colleagues, seniors and some time with clients. when ever a biologist interact with students in class and outside class, the biologist has to be very sincere in teaching, and answering the quesries of students. A biologist is supposed to develop honest work values. These values mainly could be a teacher who updates himseld regularly. A biologist should deliver his lectures in such a way, that a common student can easily undersatnd.

Besides teaching, a biologist is also involved in research, guiding masters and doctoral student. Being in research the biologist has to uncover the unknown facts. There should be honesty in carrying out the research work. There should not be any data misinterpretation or manipulation. The interpersonal skills also matters a lot. This the only skill which brings a biologist very close to the students, colleagues and superiors.

To be a successful biologist (it could be microbiologist, biotechnologist, botanist, zoologist, biochemist, an agricultuturist, environmental scientist) the basic work value is sincerity, dedication and honesty to you work. Just imagine, if a biologist do not teach properly to his students, does not sincerely carry out the project research work and do not help his masters and doctoral students to carry out degree work. Is that a biologist, is doing his work sincerely and not having work values.

In private sector the biologist has to sincerely follow the protocol of the organization. In private company the biologist is involved in research and development. Sincere work is expected to complete the project.

In any organization, the punctuality is very important, if you respect time, the time will definitely follow you. Your behaviour will give you respect, good freinds and bring laurel to you. To be a successful biologist there is no special guidelines. Just do your work honestly and sincerely. This is the only basic principle of success in every field.
