It is better to live a healthy life than a diseased life. Physical activity and good food are the most crucial requirements of a healthy body. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risks of developing several diseases like cancer, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. They have long-term health benefit. This lockdown has not only affected our mental health, but also the physical health. People who used to maintain a balanced diet and go to the gyms, have to stay at homes. And they are more prone to unhealthy junk foods and less or no physical activities. In this situation, we all need to fight against this disease together.

This can only be possible if we make ourselves fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. While we are sitting at home safely, the stress is taking a toll on our physical and mental health. Moreover, we have limited access to healthy foods, which in turn ends up compromising on eating a healthy diet.  But it is beneficial, particularly at this time, to boost up our immunity system to fight back against the virus. So, to increase awareness and give you support, here are some tips that will help you stay fit and healthy life :

1. EAT NUTRITIOUS AND IMMUNITY BOOSTING FOODS

Our body must improve its natural defence system to maintain optimal health. We all know that prevention is always preferred more than cure. Since there is no cure yet discovered, it is better to prevent ourselves by taking all the possible preventive measures to boost our immunity. 5. DISINFECT YOUR HOME

It is mandatory to disinfect your home daily. Clean the floors with some drops of Dettol. A lack of sufficient sleep can have negative impacts on your health. It also affects the immune system, making you incompetent to fight off infections. Since you have no rush to go to works, you can aim to have at least 7-8 hours of sound sleep at night.
