IIIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Courses For M.Tech. (CSE)- For All Specializations

GATE and non-GATE students are both eligible for seats. If they want to apply for CSE specializations or without a specialization course. candidates must have completed their BE/B.Tech or MS/ MCA in computer science or IT (Or any other allied subject) with at least a 65 percent aggregate. It is 60 percent for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD categories.

Courses In M.Tech (ECE)- For All Specializations

GATE and non-GATE students are both eligible for seats. If they want to apply for ECE specializations or without a specialization course, candidates must have a B.Tech/B.E. in electrical engineering or ECE (Or any other allied field) with at least a 65 percent aggregate. It is 60 percent for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and CD) categories.

Course In M.Tech (CB)

GATE and non-GATE students are both eligible for seats. Candidates must have a B.Tech or BE degree in IT, Computer Science, Maths and Computing, or a related field. In addition, aspirants must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 60% in all previous degrees, including the class 10+2 exam.

Selection Process

6. Candidates for M.Tech CSE and M.Tech ECE in the Non-GATE category will be subjected to an initial screening depending on their degree percentage.
