In today’s world, we all want mental peace and clarity. So, here the 6 ways you can go through to have a life with peace and clarity:

Meditation

  • Do meditation every day for 10-15 at the start.
  • Take a deep breath and count till 100, slowly, and with every inhalation and exhalation count on one number.
  • Go on a walk with yourself, and feel your every breath while walking, and concentrate on your breathing.
  • Find a tune on YOUTUBE or Any Song App where you can get a concentrating tune to make your mind focused.
  • Practice alternative nostril breathing. Hold on to your left nostril and inhale from the left side and hold, and exhale from the left side. Do this from an alternative nose for like 10-15 mint as it will help in your concentration and even in your health as it is a form of “Yoga”.

Communication

  • Maintain a journal it might be that you don’t have anybody to share your problems with or you are not comfortable enough to share your problems and communicate with, so just pick up your pen write down whatever bothers you or disturb you.
  • Tell someone directly what you think of them and just get things out of your mind because thinking and building it up on your mind is not going to take anyone anywhere.
  • Call the person who asked for your forgiveness and do tell them that you forgive them.
  • You yourself own up to your own mistake and apologize to a person you think you did wrong with.
  • Tell the person how they are effecting you and hurting you mentally and mentally peace and get done with their behavior.

Creativity

  • Engage yourself in creative stuff like making candles, crayons, and painting, drawing, or sketching.
  • So changes in your room like changing the location of your stuff, painting walls, changing frames, or putting up new pics or collage.
  • Frame some quotes or some things that you like and put them on your walls.
  • Go on a walk and take photographs of beautiful things that make you feel lively and happy, like flowers, children playing, cute puppies, or anything that attracts your eyes.
  • Read blogs or content on how to get peace of clarity mind and try to involve it in your daily life as it might help you.

  • Be your own judge and say to yourself that “You can do” or “You are the best and you can do much better than you expect from yourself”.

Solitude

  • Start reading some motivational books that give you inspiration and how to deal with the challenges you have been facing
  • Schedule a date with yourself where you can give yourself me time and think about what you want, what you love, and what you desire this time should be dedicated to yourself only it can be a dinner date to yourself or a branch date
  • Go somewhere out from the house end set and let yourself be in it right you can go to a park, to a mountain or just seat under a tree.
