In a nursing Home like 30 bedded the salary of a Dietician is hardly Rs 10,000/- but I a Star Nursing home of 65 or above bedded the salary is moderate and it is Rs 25000/-.  If a Dietician works parallel to a Doctor  or in combined way-the salary is appreciating. Well, if you haven't completed MSc, I would recommend to do MSc in nutrition and dietician or clinical nutrition or food & nutrition. Dieitician can work in hospital, NGO or academic institutions. If you want to work in academics, you need to clarify National Eligibility for Assistant Professorship and do PhD. For work in hospital or NGO, post graduation is fine.
