I would not recommend any short term certificate courses at this level. Once you are an MCA graduate and have started working, you could opt for those certification based on the company demand.

If not interested in MCA, then you could opt for courses like Animation, web designing, short courses in networking, languages, ethical hacking, digital media etc.

If you are interested you can change the stream into Arts and Creative arts etc. Leading institutes for these courses are Jamia Millia Islamia, Amity university, Lovely Professional University, Shivnadar university etc. You can easily find jobs after your course through campus placements
