Its not very clear what exactly you wish to ask but i am answering your career query by assuming that you hold a degree in Human Resource and wish to change the organisation.
As you have been holding a Work experience you can definitely have a wide range of job opportunites to switch to any other organisation as per your choice.You can register with the various job portals and can get into a good organisation may be in India or Foreign.
If you have completed your MBA (HR)/MPM you can apply to various management institutes to teach subject Human Resource as an visiting faculty.
While if you wish to study further you can apply to the Diploma course in Labour Law, or you can also go for the PhD programm in Human Resource after Post Graduation either in India or Foreign. Human Resource Management involves dealing with people and their concerns pertaining to the organization that they work for. As per your query, it isn't clear as to what you mean by diversify.
However, the scope for a professional who has worked in HR Management is wide. You can take up Teaching as a profession with clearing NET/ SET exams and teach in college or University. There are few private coaching institutes too hire HR professionals for teaching Management course.
