Good question asked. But before I answer your question, will ask you in the first place why did you opt for science stream?.
Never the less I do agree choice is yours. But before choosing a career make sure you wish to be in that chosen field itself. Thus self introspection after reading and researching on the careers especially skills demanded and matching your skills or potentials with the stream is essential.
If you still are confused, I would recommend an Aptitude test which would highlight your potentials and help you make a confirmed choice.
Coming to your career option. After 12th, you could choose from the following options:
1. B.Designing: a 4 years bachelors program in designing. You could choose a specialization from fashion to interiors to automobile to space designing etc. Admission to this course is mainly through an entrance exam and student should have studied Math in 12th class.
2. B.Architecture: a 4 years under graduate course. Eligibility is entrance exam known as NATA. Math studied in 12th is a must. Specialization can be chosen only at the masters level. As an architect your main responsibility would be to build a rough structure based on the drawings of the designer.
3. BFA: a 3 years undergraduate course in fine arts. Some colleges conduct entrance exam.
4. BMM: A 3 years undergraduate course in media. Eligibility is your 12th score. You could choose any specialization from advertising to journalism to public relations.
Mainly when thinking of creative fields these options are chosen.

This is a very valid question.First of all,you should have thought of your real interest and comfortable subjects before taking PCM stream.If you are a creative and innovative the option like Fashion study/Arts are available to pursue in from Class-XI.However,in consideration to your interest and lapse of time occurred you may continue the stream with hard work and sincerity and appear entrance exam of NIFT/NID/College of Art etc. for professional studies fashion design,technology,arts etc.The Board exam.will not clash with open entrance exams.
