Post graduate courses in Psychology are offered only to students who have graduated with psychology . Specializations in the subject can be pursued at the post graduate level or at the doctoral level- MPhil or PhD, after post graduation. At the master's and doctoral level, the subject becomes increasingly specialized. What you take up as your specialization decides which career path you can follow.
