There are many factors that should be taken into consideration. Are you very passionate about a career in medical field? If yes, you can give one more year for preparation of PMT as well as other entrance exams like NEET for medical field. If you are comfortable with other courses related to medical field then there are options like paramedical courses, pharmacy, microbiology, biomedical etc. All these courses have good scope and you can think about pursuing a post graduate course from foreign universities. List down your interests, skills as it will help you take the right decision.
