Dear Aspirant Actor, I would strongly recommend you to do a course in Film and Media preferably from FTII Pune. Dear Aspirant, BBA is a very incomplete course and a Masters is highly essential. MBA is highly recommended if you want to be into management stream Best wishes

Hi Neha, Interesting question, but rather than me, you would be the best to answer this question for yourself. What is required here is Research and Thinking out of the box. Pick one of the topic, either HR or Finance and then think of ideas that can go with it and you could link it up as a project work. Do some research online, that would give you an idea. eg. Hiring these days is not just restricted to work role in office, but being multi talented and organizations gauge this talent through Psychometric assessment and Brain mapping. Think of it as a project. Research companies that hire in s

Dear Aspirant, According to my experience, for a fresher, dual major does not benefit. HR and Finance are two different fields in the industry and therefore do not expect that you can get to work in both departments simultaneously. Though you have dual majors, it is up to you which domain you would like to work in as a fresher and in future. What you decide now will translate into your future growth. Scope in HR and scope in finance are definitely there. What are your personal likings as far as the subjects go? What best you like, should be chosen for applying to jobs. Best wishes

Dear Aspirant, IIBF is really a nice Institution for making banking careers. But why are you aiming for a Diploma in Banking and Finance? Are you a graduate? If yes, I think you should aim for MBA in Banking and Finance or at least a PGD in Banking and Finance. IIBF also offers Masters course in Banking and Finance. In my opinion, doing a Diploma and that too in such a core technical commerce field, you will not gain much in terms of job profile or brand companies/banks. I would suggest you to re-think on this Diploma decision once again. Just to let you know, IIBF conducts a common entrance t

Dear Aspirant, On the basis of just a BBA, I would suggest NOT to expect much. Why are you desperate for a job just based on the graduation? Are you not willing to study further by getting a MBA? On the basis of BBA, there are very few jobs available and they are in BPOs, Marketing agencies, Insurance, etc. They are low paid jobs as well. Salaries are not more than Rs. 5,000 to 10,000 per month. Growth is a problem for a candidate who has joined a job after BBA. I feel, getting more qualified is the most important at young age and that should not be compromised for short gains or temptati

Dear Aspirant, Job opportunities in BBA are very less in terms of salary and job profile in any industry you apply for. I would like to know, why do you wish to work immediately after BBA? Is that a family requirement or do you want to gain work experience for a short term? BBA as a course is a very basic level course giving very basic insights into management and business. It would be highly recommended that you complete post graduation preferably a MBA from a top rated Institute in India or abroad. With just BBA you may get jobs in BPOs as tele callers, data entry staff, marketing & sale
