Hello, Student!!   You can go in for MBA in Hotel Management.  That would be the best option and combined with your experience you will do well. If you can manage to go do it from New Zealand.

Hi Sir.. I m working now in one of the big four as a software developer. I like my work but I m not very sure about it. I want to go for masters but with the sole purpose of high package. I have 2.5 years of exp in total. I am good with coding and stuff.

Work for some more years then go for MS to USA in a good university.

MBA and PGDM are equivalent.  If you want to pursue your career in Corporate sector with role in either of the following : Sales or Marketing or Market Research or Financial Expert or Supply Chain Logistics Expert or Human Resources Professional or Advertising then go for MBA/PGDM from an AICTE recognized Institution. Higher the rating of the institute better are the career prospects.
