Hi, Relocating to USA. Sounds great and interesting.

Firstly you getting a job would depend on various factors right from which field you are working in and what kind of job are you looking out for.
Secondly does your experience match their culture and requirement
and lastly the Visa that you are going on.

The first thing you need to check is whetyher your degree and the university from wghich you have passed out is valid in the US.
Secondly just check out the cultural differences and then match your job criteria with their criteria.

Secondly if you are pursuing an MBA in correspondence, whether that would be considered later on, needs to be checked.
Please note that an MBA degree unless it is done from a well recognized University is not considered a degree anywhere in the world especially in foreign countries. Majorly because of the work culture differences in the 2 countries.
So best would be to pursue an MBA from the country where you wish to relocate and stay permanently.

Lastly it would also depend on thew Visa you carry to the country;.
If it is a dependent Visa, then for roughly around 3--5 years you are not eligible to work. But you need to check this out with the visa department.

Hope this answers your query.
Wish you good luck..........

Dear Aspirant,

I don't think your qualifications will be eligible in the US industry for job.

Based on your experience in HR, you need to contact the job consultants in US who can exactly tell you whether your work experience and qualifications, are eligible for employment. US has strict employment rules.

Best Wishes
