Dear Aspirant,

Nice question.

Yes, MNCs do hire freshers. FMCG, Technology companies are famous for hiring freshers. Generally freshers are hired by MNCs by campus placements or through job portals.

You can definitely get hired by an MNC, if you have the below credentials with you:

  1. Good qualification, preferably a Masters degree, but not mandatory.
  2. Your resume should be present on top job portals with specific and correct keywords in your headline of your resume.
  3. Good communication skills, team spirit, leadership qualities, quantitative aptitude
  4. Flexible attitude, learning ability and ability to gel with the team.
  5. Good overall knowledge about the sector and domain

If you have the above, I think getting a job without experience in a MNC would not be difficult.

Best wishes

Hi There,

Excellent answer given by Dr. Anand.

Just adding to the answer.
In-case if you have initiated a project and have been successful in that, you can land a job in an MNC.
At the same time as Dr Anand has mentioned, make an attractive Resume highlighting your areas of strength and ways you can contribute to the success of the organization.
At the same time develop innovative style of thinking.

Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
