Changeable and Unchangeable Reasons:

We do not have complete control over our lives, our choices, and the stressors that we may face. But by increasing awareness, we can handle things and stressors easily. Like a new job, new place, new hostel, etc. If the reason for your stress is unchangeable don’t use the wrong ways to handle it. Instead, find a possible solution like in situations when you have academic stress and you studied for the exam you possibly can, but now you are anxious. A distraction might be helpful, calling a friend might be helpful, doing something you find pleasurable can be helpful.

Attitude Change:

A good positive attitude matters. Sometimes things or situation in which we are, and think is causing stress is not that bad. But our reaction and inability to handle the situation makes it tough to handle and creates stress. Having the right attitude is really important for a healthy life. Change the way you respond and change your emotion into a more positive way and you can handle the situation in a better way. Have a positive attitude towards the situation and choose helpful thought over hurtful.
