Hello Pragya, Congrats on clearing 12th.   I would say that, apply to the colleges wherever or whichever state they are  If medical is your dream, try till the last limit. And still if you do not secure admission, then keeping in mind, your interest in medical, I would suggest, either a BDS or any other field in medical like BAMS or BHMS.   Other courses are linked with medical, but as such wont give you the title of DR.   Rest is your choice.   Wish you good luck...
