There is no entrance exam at the moment. To secure admission into B.SC psychology, the only criteria is 12th science pass with a minimum 1st class.
After graduating, you can opt for an M.Sc in Clinical.Psychology based on your percentage. But please note that after a masters degree you do not qualify as a clinical psychologist. You need either an M.Phil or a P.Hd Qualification.

Oh, sorry to say, but yes, you do not qualify for the NET exam.
You have just 2 options, now:
You reappear for the final year again and work hard and score a minimum 60%.
Or you try for B.Ed and qualify as a school teacher or junior college teacher.
Please note along with B.Ed you could also join private coaching classes and teach Economics.
