The Mental HealthCare Act, 2017 grants registration to Clinical Psychologist Social Mental Health Workers and Mental Healthcare Nurses. No person without such licence in any name including as a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist. No Mental Health Centre in absence of registration under this Act can be established and run. It is declared as an offense otherwise.

If yes, you can give one more year for preparation of PMT as well as other entrance exams like NEET for medical field. Hello Anil,  Interesting question asked. Please note in both USA and UK,  the student who is an LLB qualified from a recognised university (recignised by the countries bar council) needs to appear for an examination which they can appear in India only. The paper focuses on questions related to finance and other legal issue. Only then can you practice or opt for higher studies abroad. Best would be to consult an abroad education consultant. Hello There, Please note after doing a Bachelors degree in Psychology, you cannot work as a Counselor or Psychologists.   You need a masters degree in Clinical or counseling psychology. Whereby you can work as a School counselor, hospitals or polyclinics, work in association with doctors and or psychiatrist, open your own centre. As an Industrial Psychologist, you can work in sync with the HR department and conduct testing for recruitments, employee counseling, CSR activities and training and development You can opt for a Diploma in Guidance and counseling and work as a career counselor.
