Hi Sneha You can pursue PhD further if you wish to get into fellowship or lecturership in the top B schools, to pursue management research or to publish your paper in the journals of top b schools in the world.However if you want to join corporate phD isnt necessary . To pursue phD you should primarily take up one out of HR and finance that you think you are good at. The eligibility will be at least a 55% in MBA. You can take up  Fellowship in any of the top Bschools Like the IIMs, TISS , IITs which will be equivalent to PhD through NET.

Hello Debipriya,  What else do you wish to pursue?.  It is the ultimate course. What apart from an MBA would you like to pursue now?. Anyways only suggestion I can give at the moment is work and gain experience. Once you gain an experience and feel that you wish an advancement then according to the need of the position opt for a course. If you are not interested in engineering, you can look for courses like BSc physics/ chemistry/maths or any other related streams like biotechnology, biochemistry,Cosmology etc. You can get the details regarding courses in basic science fields by visiting websites of the good institutes like Christ university, Lovely Professional University, Delhi university etc.

Hello Tanvangi,  Interesting and a unique goal oriented career question asked. Please note the generalist profile is considered the top most position for an HR role. In the beginning is the Recruitment role that an HR executive would play.
