If you are undecided about stream - Science, commerce or arts. I would say research about the subjects in each branch and see if you have interest in any of them. Hi Indurthi, If you are enjoying your Job, there is nothing like Small Or Big companies. In fact, as the trends are visible, majority of Indian workforce is working with SMEs Or MSMEs.  But yes, if you are not happy with the Job Or profile, start looking for a better opportunity through Job portals. If you are interested in a particular profile, even if it is not matching your graduation, go for it. Try with Start Ups where they look for enthusiastic and interested people rather than heavy qualifications.  Try to find out your actual interest with the help of various tests available
