I am surprised. Why do you wish to go to automobile engineering suddenly being a commerce student?
As far as eligibility is concerned, commerce student is not eligible for engineering or other science based courses anywhere.
If you wish to leave commerce stream altogether and you are thinking and sure that automobile engineering is what you wish to do, then you can go for a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a local Polytechnic college.
