Dear Aspirant, Yes definitely. Diploma if it is three years full time then it is considered equivalent (equal) to 12th std level (that is 10+2). Therefore you can definitely apply to jobs which have eligibility as HSC / 12th / 10+2 passed. Since you are a Diploma Engineer / Diploma Technical person, you can get private sector as well as public sector jobs. However let me make you aware that though you will get jobs based on Diploma qualification, your progress and salary growth will be very limited. It will take many years to reach the level which engineering degree holders reach when they are

You can try for Lateral entry into B.Tech courses in IITs, NITs, VIT University, Lovely Professional University, SRM university etc. You may get admission based on your performance in the Diploma exam. You can also get good placement opportunities if you are pursuing engineering courses in these institutes. Scholarships are also offered by some of these institutes.
